WBSEDCL stands for West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. It is a state-owned electricity distribution company in the state of West Bengal, India. The company is responsible for distributing electricity to more than 1.86 crore customers across West Bengal. WBSEDCL was formed after the restructuring of the erstwhile West Bengal State Electricity Board in 2007. How To Pay Bill Online From WBSEDCL?
 

You can easily  pay your  electricity bill from online through the following steps:

  1. Visit the official website of WBSEDCL at https://www.wbsedcl.in/ or directly go to the online bill payment portal at https://www.wbsedcl.in/irj/go/km/docs/internet/new_website/BillPay.html

  2. Click on the "Pay Your Bill Online" option on the homepage.

  3. You will be redirected to the online bill payment portal. Enter your Consumer ID or Account Number. You can find your Consumer ID or Account Number on your electricity bill.

  4. Verify your consumer details like bill amount and due date.

  5. Choose your preferred payment method, such as net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI, or e-wallets.

  6. Please  Follow the payment instructions to  complete your payments .

  7. After successful Transaction , you will get a confirmation receipt. You can save  the pdf or print the  pdf receipt for future reference.

  2. Click on the "View/Pay Your Bill" option show on  the homepage.

  3. Enter your Consumer ID or Account Number and click on the "View Bill" button.

  4. Verify your consumer details, such as bill amount and due date.

  5. If you have already made the payment, you will see a "Paid" status for your bill. Click on the "Receipt" button next to your bill.

  6. A PDF file of your payment receipt will be generated. You can download the pdf and save the pdf file for future reference.

Note: If you do not see the "Receipt" button, it means that the payment is not yet processed or there was an error during the transaction. Please wait for some time or contact WBSEDCL customer care for assistance.

 

How To Print Bill Receipt From Thermal Printer
 
 
 

To print the WBSEDCL electricity bill receipt from a thermal printer, you can follow the below steps:

  1. Open the PDF file of the payment receipt on your computer.

  2. Connect your thermal printer to the computer and ensure that it is turned on.

  3. Click on the "Print" option or click  "Ctrl+P" to open the print dialog box.

  4. Select your thermal printer from the list of available printers.

  5. Set the paper size to match your thermal printer paper size, usually 2.25 inches wide.

  6. Set the print orientation to "Portrait" mode.

  7. Click on the "Print" button to start printing.

  8. Wait for the printer to complete printing the receipt.
